INTERNEWS GENDER EQUALITY AND INCLUSION STRATEGY 2022-2024

I worked with the media development organization Internews as an external consultant to revise and update its Gender Equality and Inclusion Strategy. This work included desk research, staff and partner surveys, in-depth interviews, workshops, and the creation of an Inclusive Gender Equality Toolkit for staff.
